A private villa, a basic small villa, contains all the components of an ordinary building, such as walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, etc. All components have their own geometric shapes and model information, which can be formed into drawings and schedules. This forms a standard BIM model that contains all the information.
This model is a re-modeling of drawings. Drawings already exist and the building has been constructed. It is mainly to demonstrate BIM and the process of automated scripts that quickly transform existing drawings into models.
